1. Press and hold on the Power button for 8 to 10 seconds. Wait for the device to reboot.

Hardware Key Combination

1. Press and hold all three buttons simultaneously VOLUME UP + HOME button + POWER.

Dial a Code

If your phone is still responding then you could try to key in the special code.

1. Launch the keypad and key in *2767*3855#.

Software Setting Menu

1. Press Home key.

2. Open up application list.

3. Select Settings.

4. Select Privacy.

5. Choose Factory data Reset.

6. Tap on Reset phone.

7. Select Erase everything.
