Home Android Tips Kindle Fire: How to Change Wallpaper Without Rooting
Author:

Kindle Fire has been release with a default background wallpaper. However it is not possible to change the default background wallper with something else.

The default is somewhat boring and we all like to see something new once in a while. So how do change it?

When I did a Google search, there is a way to change the wallpaper but it require you to root the device. This is not very ideal as it may void the warranty. Furthermore you will not be able to do things like streamming Amazon video.

Does anyone know how to change the background wallpaper without root?

For those who wanted to root their phone so that they could fun stuff read Easily Root Kindle Fire With One Click.

Once the Kindle Fire is rooted you could use the MetaMorph app to change the background theme.
