Here are simple instructions of how you could redeem your Gift Cards to make a purchase on the Kindle Fire.

Your friend or family may have just gave you a gift cards, you cannot redeem this card for cash but you could use it to make any purchase on Amazon. Here's how:

1. Tap on the Home key to return back to the Home screen.

2. Now tap on Apps.

3. Choose Store.

4. Tap on the Menu icon .

5. Next tap on Settings.

6. Then tap on Gift Cards.

7. Finally, you could put in the claim code that is shown on the Amazon's gift cards.

Note: make sure you do this before you go ahead and make a purchase.
