By default the Samsung Galaxy S 2 only vibrates the phone when it is set in Silent mode.

If you want to have your phone to always vibrate when someone call, then you could change this default setting.

1. Press the Home key.

2. Select Menu key.

3. Choose Settings.

4. Then choose Sounds.

5. Tap on Vibrate.

6. Then from the Vibrate popup, select Always from one of the following options:

• Always
• Never
• Only in Silent mode
• Only when not in Silent mode.

Note: when set to always vibrate, your device will consume more battery power.
