Call forwarding is a standard feature of Samsung Galaxy S2. When someone calls you and you are not available you could have the phone to forward that call to a different number. That number could be your secretary or your friends or anyone else.

With call forwarding you have four options:

  • Always forward - Always forward without any reason to a different number
  • Forward when busy - This will forwards all call to voicemail when unable to pickup the call.
  • Forward when unanswered - again this will allow you to forward to a voicemail box when the phone is unanswered.
  • Forward when unreachable - When your phone is off or there are no signal, all incoming calls is re-route to the voicemail box.

In this tutorial we will show you the Always forward option.

1. Press the Home key.

2. Select Menu android-menu-key key.

3. Choose Settings.

4. Then choose Call settings.

5. Tap on Voice call.

6. Then tap on Call forwarding.

7. Now pick Always forward.

8. Then in text field Always use this number put in the number that the call will forward to, and tap on Enable button.

Your call forwarding is now activated. If you are unable to set it up, then check with your network provider.
