When you have issues with your device because you cannot connect to the wireless network, access to email box, and ect, you can send a diagnostic report to your wireless service provider or administrator and ask them solve it. How you could submit a diagnostic report? do the followings: 1. Go back to the Home screen. 2. From the Home screen, tap the Options icon. 3. Next click Networks and Connections. 4. Then choose Mobile Network. 5. Press the 6. Select Diagnostic Test. 7. Highlight a report. 8. Press the 9. Click Email Report. Did you like this tip? You have sent the report to your administrator.
