If you are on a call and hear the beep, that means you have a second incoming call. Do you have any idea how to answer the second call but not to end the current call?

To learn how you could answer it, please do the following steps:

1. Press the key.

2. Do one of the followings:

a) To answer the incoming call and end the current call, tap on Answer - Drop Current.

b) To answer the incoming call and place the current call on hold, tap on Answer - Hold Current.

3. To return back to the first call, press the key.

4. Then next choose Swap or Flash.

5. To end a call, press key.
