If you do not use GPS Location for a period of time, you should turn off the Location Aiding to save the unnecessary payments. 
Because by default, location aiding is turned on to improve the performance of GPS technology.

 To turn off Location Aiding, do the following steps:

1. From the Home screen.

2. Select the Options icon.

3. Next click Device.

4. Then choose Location Settings.

5. Switch the Location Aiding filed to Disabled.

6. Press the  key.

7. Finally tap on Save.
