Learn how you could get rid of the prompt when deleting messages on the BlackBerry Torch 9800.

Every time you delete a message the phone prompt with a confirmation message ask if you are sure you want to delete a message. The prompt usually appears when deleting contacts, call logs, task, memos, calendar entries or passwords.

Here’s how to disable the prompt:

1. Press the Home key to go back to the Home screen.

2. Then from the home screen, click on the application that you to turn off the prompt.

3. Next press the  key.

4. Select Options.

5. Then click on General Options.

6. Now ensure that checkbox Confirm Delete is unchecked.

7. Then press on the key.

8. Finally tap on Save.
