For some reasons when I load Visual Studio or Sql Server Management Studio I get an error:

The file C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscorlib.tlb could not be loaded

After looking into the folder v2.0.50727 I find that the file is missing. I have got a copy of the file from another computer and then copy it into this problem computer and it works perfect.

You can download mscorlib.tlb here if you haven't got a copy somewhere handy.
