Microssoft spreadsheets allow you to use multiple columns and rows, when it comes to printing you can print the the whole worksheet or just a portion of an area. Here's how to print just for the selected area:
1. On the worksheet, select the cells that you want to define as the print area.
2. Click the Page Layout tab, from the Page Setup group, click Print Area, and then click Set Print Area.
To clear the Print Area:
1. Click on the Page Layout tab, from the Page Setup group, click Print Area, and then click Clear Print Area.
By setting a printed area, this can help you print faster because you don't have to print the whole worksheet. Once set, this print area is save to your workbook until you clear it out.
