How to fix the Freezing FaceTime on the iPad 2 issue. Unlike the first iPad, with the new iPad 2 it come with in inbuilt camera so now you can do FaceTime calling. Although this feature is really great because the caller can see you face to face, there are a growing number of user experience issue with freezing FaceTime while using it. If your FaceTime call is stucked while using it, here is few things you could try: - Restarting your iPad (Press and hold the Sleep/Wake for a few seconds until you see the red slider bar, slide it across, then press the Sleep/Wake button again. Give this a try and see if it fixes your issue, if not try the next one. - Soft Reset the device (Go to Home > Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings) - Hard Reset the device (Press and hold down Sleep/Wake + Home button simultaneously for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo) - Another possible solution is that you first make a FaceTime call, then once the connection has been established, disconnect the call. Then make the call back again straight away. See if this one work for you. Leave a comment on which method has fix your issue.
