Here are the steps to clear app database on the iPhone 4. Some apps uses a database to store data such as form information or application records. If you no longer need this database because the data is no longer relevant, you could remove it to save some space. The Safari web browser also uses a database to store data. You can clear it by doing the following: 1. Go back to he Home screen. 2. Then choose Settings. 3. Now select Safari. 4. Select Database. 5. Now select Edit. 6.
