Before you could download any app onto the iPhone 4, you will need to create an account with the Apple Store.

You will need to create an account on iTunes. So firstly download iTunes if you haven't got one.

1. Start the iTunes software.

2. Select Create Account.

3. Next follow the onscreen instruction to complete the process.

Once you have create an Apple ID account you could either download the pay or free app.
