Learn how to install Joomla website from your web hosting account with these simple steps.

Before you can display any content on the web, you will need a web application to manage the content for you. You can use an open source application such as Joomla CMS to manage and display the content on the web. Here's how you can easily install it.

Most web hosting uses cPanel, so in this tutorial I will show you how to install it via cPanel.

1. Login into your web hosting account with a username and password.

2. Under the cPanel tab, scroll down to the SimpleScripts Installations section and click on Joomla. You could also scroll down to Software/Services section and click on Simple Scripts.

3. From the Install Joomla screen, click on the Install button.

4. On the next screen fill in the require details.

In Step 1: installation Preferences, select the version of which you would like to install, by default the latest version is selected.

In Step 2: Advanced Options, select the domain name that you want to install the Joomla CMS, if you only have 1 domain name, then you only have one option.

In Step 3: Legal and Partner Information, click on the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions, and click on Complete button to start the installation.

5. You will now present with a In progress screen, once it is completed you will see the site url, login url, username and password to the site. Below is an example.

Site URL: http://www.example.com
Login URL: http://www.example.com/administrator
Username: admin
Password: random_password
