Joomla site tends you have site title attached to the page title, and this is not so good for SEO. You should remove the website title from the individual page title.

If you have installed JoomSef with the Joomla installation, then you will have to do two of the below methods:

Remove from Global Configuration:

1. Log into administration site.

2. Click on Site menu > Global Configuration.

3. Go to the SEO Settings section and ensure Include Site Name in Page Titles is select No.

4. Click on Save & Close.

If you have install JoomSEF then you will also need to do the below steps as well.

Remove from Site Title from JoomSEF

1. While in administration site, click on Components > ARTIO JoomSEF.

2. Click on Global Configuration.

3. Select Title and Meta Tags tab.

4. Now under section Title and Meta Tags Configuration ensure you select No for Use sitename in page titles.
