As a mobile developer you will need to enable USB debugging on the Motorola Xoom if you want to develop an app and do some debugging.
If you would like to develop an application for Android or you just want to troubleshoot your device then you will need to enable USB debugging. Here's how:
1. Press The Home button to go back to idle screen.
2. Then press Menu button.
3. Next tap on the Settings.
4. Next tap on Applications.
5. Then choose Development.
6. Then on the Development screen tap on the USB debugging ensuring that the checkbox is ticked.
Once USB debugging is enable on the Motorola Xoom, you can then start do some debugging on the app that you are working on.
