If you forgot your phone at work or somewhere else, you don't want others to use it. You can lock your phone remotely using a predefined text message. Before you can use a predefined text message to lock your phone remotely, you need to enable remove locking.

Here is how to enable remote locking:

1. Press Menu key.

2. Next select Settings and Phone.

3. Tap Phone management.

4. Then tap Security settings.

5. Next choose Phone and SIM card.

6. Tap Remote phone locking.

7. Select Enabled.

8. To continue, enter the text message content contained 5-20 characters. Both upper and lower case are ok.

9. Enter the same text again to verify it.

10. Finally, enter the Lock code (remember this lock code).

Then here is how to lock your device remotely:

1. You can borrow the friend's phone.

2. Compose the predefined text as a text message.

3. Send it to your device immediately.
