Your Samsung Galaxy S 2 gives you the ability to import and export Contacts information from the SD Card.

Not only your SD card store multimedia files such as MP3, images, documents and etc, you could also use it to import and export Contacts information.

Here's how:

1. Open the Contacts application from the application list.

android-new-contact

2. Then tap on the Menu android-menu-key key.

3. Next tap on Import/Export.

4. Select Import from SD card.

5. Select a memory location.

6. Now you can select to import one contact file, multiple contact files or all of them at the same time. Make your choice and tap on the OK button.

7. Next you have to select the contact files from the SD card to import. Select OK once you have selected a file.

The import process should then start to copy the contacts information over to your device.

To export to SD card:

1. Open the Contacts application from the application list.

android-new-contact

2. Then tap on the Menu android-menu-key key.

3. Next tap on Import/Export.

4. Select Export to SD card.
