Here is an easy guide of how you could disable the vBulletin CMS functionality.

By default when you install the vBulletin suite it automatically install the CMS, forum and the blog altogether as a package. You may only want to use the forum feature and disable all the other unwanted plugin. Below is an image showing you want the default installation would looks like.

To disable the CMS and Blogs plugin follow the below steps:

1. Log into the admin panel with a username and password.

2. Now scroll down on the left hand side navigation and expand Plugins & Products.

3. Next click on Manage Products.

4. Now on the right hand side page, to disable the vBulletin CMS and vBulletin Blogs change the Control drop down list value to disable.
